INTRO
Not a big cycle overall. Been busy with some new consulting work. This gave me a bit less time for Ymir.
I also took a few days off both weeks. Feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything so decided to work a bit less than usual. This is going to be a shorter email for that reason as well.
PRODUCT
You can always view the history of Ymir's product development at https://ymirapp.com/changelog.
The big change this cycle is performance improvements to the CLI. As Patrick can attest, it was a pretty big change.

I also started working on making changes to the dashboard. Some arrows that did nothing are gone. I added a page when you click on a project.
But I'm struggling with my OCD around design issues. It made me very frustrated with what I was using. I was even thinking of hiring someone.

Someone suggested Shuffle so I'm going to check that out this week.
MARKETING
Small marketing week as well. Didn't start my next article. I just did the next video in the Ymir video course.
It's not a big video. In fact, I recorded about 25 minutes of audio and this is just the first few minutes. I think I have enough for at least one more video. Maybe two.
Just didn't have the energy to do it. I also applied to speak at WooSesh. Hoping I'll get in as this would be an actual talk about Ymir a bit.
BUSINESS

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything this past week or so. These feelings come and go. But right now, I'm feeling it a lot.
I lost a customer I spent a lot of time helping.

June ended with a gain of a customer, but I'm on track to lose one or two this month. So still hovering around that plateau of 22-23 customers.
Thus the overwhelmed feeling.

Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO Heya! I did it! I have my first case study š„³ Otherwise, I had a good time at WordCamp Europe. I had some good discussions there about the state of the hosting industry. They make me feel good about the long-term viability of Ymir, but doesn't really help in the short run. There hasn't been a lot of movement on the product this month. I came from Europe with...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO Heya! Ymir was a bit more in the back seat in May as I focused on consulting work. This is more important as I'm still losing customers. Ymir won't be a full-time endeavour any time soon. I still want to do reports every two weeks. That said, I might skip here and there if there's not much to talk about. Not my ideal scenario, but I'm running a marathon so I...
Heya friend! Carl here. You signed up to receive updates about Ymir, the WordPress serverless DevOps platform that Iām building. INTRO Heya! Quiet cycle. Now that I'm done with the maintenance work, I'm back to working on the product. I'm slowly working towards the project creation feature, but I wanted to work on something smaller first. I ended up deciding to work on an activity feed. It's not such a small feature that I could ship it in two weeks. But I was able to wrap up and ship the...
